I had an absolutely incredible time during my stay in Hoi An. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the bustling center but peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The manager, Anh, went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. She arranged a seamless airport pick-up and even organized the bus to Da Nang for me. The breakfast provided was delicious and the room was beautiful, with the option to open the windows and enjoy the breeze or use the efficient air conditioning. Although there was no elevator, it wasn't a problem for me. Plus, just two doors down, there was the best pho I've ever had! Another highlight was the great communication with Dzung, who provided us with invaluable information and made our stay even more memorable. I can't recommend this place enough, I felt welcomed and at home from the moment I arrived. The laundry service was also a huge convenience. Nem's House Hoi An exceeded all expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Our apartment was fairly clean and comfortable adjacent to the airport, the famous bahn mi restaurant and the excellent seashell by Nu restaurant and authentic Vietnam. Lovely staff made sure we had a nice stay for 2 nights here. Had tasteful, bright room with an amazing bathtub. Breakfast was superb with many options to choose from. The setting was great and super.

Spacious bathroom with bidet and slippers. I felt like a pampered celebrity getting ready for a red carpet event! The bathroom was so luxurious, I half expected to see a personal stylist waiting to do my hair and makeup.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was cozy and spacious. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling city center. We also appreciated the free bicycles provided, allowing us to explore the countryside easily. The breakfast was delicious and the family who runs the place were warm and supportive. We would definitely choose to stay with them again.

The location is stunning just off Danang airport, the center of Hoi An and the old town, and the rooms are new-fashioned. The welcoming staff made our stay a very comfortable experience for 2 nights here.

The decoration of Nem's Homestay is absolutely lovely! Every corner of the house is beautifully adorned with traditional Vietnamese elements, making it a charming place to stay. The general areas, such as the shared lounge, are cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people is excellent. The staff members were always helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed and providing assistance whenever I required it. Their kindness and care made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would suggest having handrails installed in the hallways and staircases for better support and stability, especially for senior people. This small improvement would make it even easier and more convenient for guests like myself to navigate the hotel and ensure a better vacation experience.

I had a fantastic experience at our host Ánh's home in Hoi An. She was incredibly helpful in organizing day trips and providing information, and she even kept in regular contact with us to answer any questions we had. The spacious room had comfortable beds and the curtains were great at blocking out light. The location of Nem's House was also perfect, and the family was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated their constant check-ins to make sure we were having a great time. I would highly recommend staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Nem's House! Dzung and her family were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They arranged transportation for us and provided us with a warm greeting upon our arrival. The home stay was both lovely and impeccably clean. Dzung took the time to explain the highlights of the city and provided us with a map for easy exploration. The room was beautifully decorated with personal touches and was also very clean. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a different Vietnamese bowl of homemade goodness each morning, along with fresh juice and coffee. The location of the home stay was perfect, just outside the old town in a lively yet peaceful street. We highly recommend Nem's House to anyone visiting Hoi An!

The staff were always ready to assist me with any needs and the hotel's location made it easy for me to explore the nearby tourist attractions, as everything was within walking distance.

If I had one suggestion for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have grab bars installed in the bathroom. This would provide added stability and safety, especially when getting in and out of the shower or using the toilet.
